OVERVIEW
" The old city of Pompeii is located at the base of the Vesuvius and was flourishing during the period of the Roman Empire. After the eruptions of the Vulcano in 79 d.c. , the city has been destroyed and covered by ashes and lapillus. The Archeological dig started in '700 century and in three centuries only 3/5 part of the city has been discovered.Now the city has declared World Heritage Site by the UNESCO and every year,about, 3'000'000 tourists come to visit. Positano & Sorrento : An Amalgamof houses,arches,domes and bunganville , fall from the peak of the comune Sant'Agelo and tre Pizzi mountains. The white houses are very similar to the greeks ones, Positano is one of the proofs the relationship between south Italy and magnificent Peninsula of Greece. The most amazing and famous city of the Peninsula of Sorrento is surrounded not only by beautiful streets and city like "Vico Equense", "Meta" and " Piano di Sorrento" but also by orange and Lemon groves.
ITINERARY
" The tour is private the itinerary and timing is very customizeble ....an example : 1th STOP 1h in the beauty of POSITANO to visit the small center of the town.... 2th STOP 1h free time in the lovely town of SORRENTO around flowers and lemon trees.... LAST PLACE to visit will be the archaeological areao of POMPEII for a walking tour about 2h. here there is the possibility to get a private and authorized archaeological guide , for a more intense experince. The guide inside the ruins is optional and will help you to SKIP THE LINE to buy the tickets and in the entrance of POMPEI.....During the tour are planned many stops for pictures in the best panoramic spots....it will possible to organize the lunch in one of the LOCAL FAMILY RESTAURANTS between the villages of POSITANO AND SORRENTO. "
